Privacy notice

WITHOUT (NSR-Pilot — Nightlife Safety Research Pilot) is an independent research initiative for safer nightlife, based in Den Haag, the Netherlands. For questions about your data, contact privacy@without-pilot.nl.

When you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the timestamp of your signup. That is all.

We use only strictly necessary browser storage (to remember your signup confirmation and your cookie choice). No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

To contact you when the pilot opens, and to measure interest for our safety research. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR / AVG / DSGVO Art. 6(1)(a)).

Until the pilot ends or you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Under GDPR (AVG in NL, DSGVO in DE/AT) you can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@without-pilot.nl and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with your national data protection authority — in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens; in Germany: the competent Landesdatenschutzbehörde; in Austria: Datenschutzbehörde.

We do not sell or share your data. Data is stored on EU-region infrastructure.
