Privacy notice

WITHOUT (NSR-Pilot) is a nightlife safety research pilot based in Den Haag, the Netherlands. For questions about your data, contact privacy@without-pilot.nl.

When you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the timestamp of your signup. That is all.

We use only strictly necessary browser storage (to remember your signup confirmation and your cookie choice). We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

To contact you when the pilot opens, and to measure interest for our research. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Until the pilot ends or you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@without-pilot.nl and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We do not sell or share your data. Data is stored on EU-region infrastructure.
